Do I need to pay now?
No. This is a request to join the experience. Once the group is confirmed, you will receive next steps and deposit details.
What is the deposit amount?
A $400 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your spot.
Are payments refundable or transferable?
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
When is the final payment due?
A payment schedule will be provided after confirmation, with final balance due prior to departure. Â
Is this trip guaranteed to happen?
This experience will be confirmed once a minimum of 10 travelers is secured.

This experience begins and ends in Nairobi, Kenya. Â
What day should I arrive?
Travelers should plan to arrive in Nairobi on December 28th. Additional details will be provided after confirmation. Â
Are flights included?
No. International flights are not included.
What airport should I fly into?
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (Nairobi, Kenya).
Will I receive help booking my flight?
Yes. Guidance will be provided once your spot is confirmed.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your travel dates is required. Â
Is a visa required for entry?
Yes. A Kenyan electronic travel authorization (eTA) is required for entry. Guidance will be provided.
Are any vaccinations required?
Health recommendations and requirements will be shared prior to travel so you can prepare accordingly. Â
Is this trip family-friendly?
This experience is designed for adults ages 18+. Minors may attend only when accompanied by a parent or guardian and must be able to fully participate in all activities.
If this my first time traveling to Africa, is that okay?
Absolutely. This experience is designed to be seamless and welcoming whether it is your first time or not.

What kind of accommodations can I expect?

Accommodations are based on double occupancy. A roommate option will be available, or you may request single occupancy at an additional cost. Â
